What we collect

Organiser accounts: name, organisation, email and an encrypted password. Event listings you publish are public.

Location

To show nearby events we estimate your location from your IP address, on our server, using an offline database. We never send your IP to a third party for this. If you choose “Use my precise location”, your browser shares coordinates which are stored only in a cookie on your device.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep organisers logged in, and an optional location cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store card details.

Your rights

You can edit or delete your listings at any time. To delete your account or request your data, contact us.
